This thesis discusses the Implementation of the Inside Outside Circle Type Cooperative Learning Model in Improving the Learning Motivation of Fourth Grade Students at the Rahmatullah Elementary Madrasah in Jambi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning motivation in learning Indonesian in fourth grade at the Rahmatullah Elementary Madrasah (MI) in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) whose research subjects are fourth grade at the Rahmatullah Elementary Madrasah (MI) in Jambi City while the object of the research is the application of the Inside Outside Circle model to improve student learning motivation on the material of prefixes, homonyms, transitive words and intransitive words. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Inside Outside Circle model can improve student learning motivation in the learning process. The increase in learning motivation can be measured from the evaluation of cycle I and cycle II with the value of learning motivation in cycle I being 51.5% and cycle II being 89%, thus the results of the research at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Rahmatullah, Jambi City have achieved good completion.
